As of September 2021, we dedicate this page in honor of Kennedy D. Williams, beloved uncle, son, and brother, who struggled with mental illness and died unfortunately by suicide in 1992. This page features links to resources that aid those who similarly suffer from mental illness with options for treatment and crisis prevention. We miss him dearly, and it is our fervent hope that the links below will be shared in providing help and hope in an effort to eradicate the stigma of mental illness in the African-American community, save lives, and prevent deaths.
